The 2025 Banquet Speaker will be Judy Semroc,
 “The Wonderful World of Owls”.

​This program presents information on species descriptions, natural history, behavior and the allure of our owls. In addition, tips are given on how to search for and hopefully find owls in and around where you live.

The 2025 Banquet will offer 3 entrees: Sliced Beef Au Jus (gluten-free), Chicken Marsala, and Roasted Vegetable Lasagna.
Meals include Capri Blend Vegetables, Spring Mix Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette, Rolls/Butter (with a gluten-free option available on request), and Cheesecake with Strawberry Topping or Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing for dessert. Coffee, Water, and Iced Tea are included at $25.00 per person.

Your guest, spouse, or significant other who isn’t attending Hosta College can join us for the banquet by selecting the additional Companion Banquet option when you are enrolling and including the additional $25.00.
