The Great Lakes Region Hosta Society cannot guarantee that there are no food allergens in the banquet meals. If you have a food allergy, please email Bonnie Widenauer and she will check with the caterer concerning your allergy. *This year the Sliced Beef Au Jus has a gluten-free option.

The 2027 Banquet will offer 3 entrees: Chicken Marsala (mushrooms and Marsala wine sauce, Sliced Roast Beef Au Juice (gluten free option available), and Pasta Primavera (with a gluten free oprion).
Meals include: Baked Potato with Butter and Sour Cream on side , California Blend Vegetables, Fruited Greens with Sweet and Sour Dressing (romain, almonds, dr.cranberries, tomato, onion), Rolls/Butter with a gluten-free option available on request, and Black Forest Cake, or Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing for dessert. Coffee, Water, and Iced Tea are included at $25.00 per person.

Your guest, spouse, or significant other who isn’t attending Hosta College can join us for the banquet by selecting the additional Companion Banquet option when you are enrolling and including the additional $25.00.
