The Great Lakes Region Hosta Society cannot guarantee that there are no food allergens in the banquet meals. If you have a food allergy, please email Bonnie Widenauer and she will check with the caterer concerning your allergy. *This year the Sliced Beef Au Jus has a gluten-free option.

The 2026 Banquet will offer 3 entrees: Chicken-Broccoli Cheese Casserole (gluten-free), Sliced Roast Beef Au Juice (gluten free option available), and Vegetable Lasagna.
Meals include: White Cheddar Smashed Potatoes, Capri Blend Vegetables, Romaine Mix Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette, Rolls/Butter (with a gluten-free option available on request), and Hot Fudge Dundae Cheesecake or Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing for dessert. Coffee, Water, and Iced Tea are included at $25.00 per person.

Your guest, spouse, or significant other who isn’t attending Hosta College can join us for the banquet by selecting the additional Companion Banquet option when you are enrolling and including the additional $25.00.
